The day kicked off with a full buffet breakfast, and after a brief rain shower the shotgun start took place at 11:00 am. NP Dodge covered the course with a total of 18 teams consisting of agents, management and various business partners.
Mulligan's were sold by DodgeCares, a 501(c)(3) exempt charitable organization that distributes funds each year to fifteen local nonprofit organizations. These organizations provide food, shelter and comfort for the homeless, displaced and abused in eastern Nebraska and western Iowa. From this one event, DodgeCares collected $860 from the sale of mulligans and a Winner's Circle hole competition.

Over 85 homes were open to view and purchase in Omaha, Council Bluffs, Blair, Valley, Fremont, Elkhorn, Ashland, Plattsmouth, Papillion, Bellevue and other parts of Iowa such as Glenwood and Oakland.
NP Dodge advertised the big event by placing a full page ad in the Omaha World-Herald Sunday Home Section and Friday Home Guide, other area newspapers, online through Omaha.com, Momaha.com and Facebook. Hundreds of consumers took advantage of the Sunday extravaganza. NP Dodge agents talked of good open house traffic, new homeowners and interested buyers.
